Practical training, careful review, and migration support

Training, review, and migration support that help teams build capability, clarify architecture decisions, and make delivery risks visible.

Getting started

Start with the actual problem and the material you already have.

The first step is to understand the team, system, and constraints as they are. A rough architecture sketch, data sample, proposal, migration mapping, or list of concerns is often more useful than a polished presentation.
完成した提案書や要件定義書がなくても、構想メモ、構成図、データ例、移行上の懸念などから始められます。

Recommendations are based on the project, the data, and practical experience—not a commitment to one product or platform. I work in Japanese or English with teams in Japan and overseas.

01

Enterprise Training & Workshops

Focused sessions for engineers, architects, consultants, and delivery teams. Content is adapted to the audience and can range from a technical briefing to a project-based workshop. The objective is to help teams judge when a technology is useful, understand its limits, and apply the learning to real delivery decisions.

Typical outcome

Shared terminology, stronger technical judgment, and a concrete way to apply the learning to a real project.

Typical focus

  • Knowledge graph and GraphRAG fundamentals
  • Graph data modeling and architecture
  • Neo4j, Cypher, SQL/PGQ, and GQL
  • Use-case assessment and PoC planning

02

Data Modeling & Architecture Advisory

Independent review and advisory for graph data models, RDB-to-graph mappings, knowledge graph and GraphRAG architectures, ontology or schema choices, and retrieval design. Particular attention is given to identity, relationship semantics, provenance, implicit assumptions, and the boundaries between relational, graph, and vector systems.

Typical outcome

Clear findings, visible assumptions and risks, and practical options for the next design or procurement decision.

Typical focus

  • Identity, relationship semantics, and provenance
  • Knowledge graph and GraphRAG architecture
  • Roles of relational, graph, and vector technologies
  • Second opinions on proposals and PoC designs

03

Migration, Validation & Technical Advisory

Support complex system and data migrations through dependency modeling, data mapping, reconciliation, consistency validation, character encoding analysis, and cutover planning. This work is often less visible than a new architecture, but it frequently determines whether a migration or integration succeeds. Advisory can also cover product research, standards, interoperability, provenance, and cross-system questions.

Typical outcome

A clearer risk picture, explicit validation criteria, and actionable findings for implementation or procurement.

Typical focus

  • Dependencies across legacy and new systems
  • Data mappings, relationships, and consistency
  • Character encoding, validation, and cutover risks
  • Standards, interoperability, and ongoing advice

Next step

Discuss your team or project.

Share a short description of the current situation, the decision ahead, or the capability you want to build.
