A polished proposal is not required. The initial conversation can begin with the actual team, system, or decision and cover training, architecture, migration, validation, technical research, or speaking requests.

Initial 30-minute conversation
A short conversation can identify the right starting point. A team objective, rough architecture sketch, data sample, migration mapping, or list of questions is enough to begin.
日本語・英語どちらでも対応できます。初回相談の時点では、詳細な要件定義書は不要です。
LinkedIn and email are also available if scheduling is not convenient. Formal business information can be provided for quotations, contracts, and vendor registration.

Many engagements start before requirements are finalized. Careful discussion of assumptions, relationships, dependencies, and validation needs often prevents larger problems later.
